I am a humanistic counsellor. This is a holistic approach that focuses on personal growth and believes in the inherent worth and potential of every person. I believe each individual is unique and has the capacity for growth and self-actualization. My goal is to help clients tap into their own inner resources and find the tools they need to overcome challenges and live a fulfilling life.
